Believe what you read. The customer service is the best I’ve ever encountered. The guys at glawing go above and beyond. We’ve just bought a full set up for our T6 and couldn’t be more pleased, the awning is so easy to set up and more importantly take down and put in bag. The gloven is so toasty warm and so relaxing to sit in front of at night and there’s even an oven at the back so jacket potatoes, roast chicken or beef joint are possible, in fact anything that will go in your oven at home is taken care of. The quality of the awning is unbelievable we’ve been at Tenby South Wales we stayed on a campsite over looking the sea. The winds on Saturday night reach 60mph, all the tents onsite go wrecked but the glawning stood strong with only a couple of pegs being pulled out of ground. I couldn’t believe there were no rips in the material after such a bad night. So if you’ve any concerns of the quality of these awnings then be rest assured they’ll withstand the strongest of winds. Sometimes it’s a real battle when things occasionally go wrong but not with Glawning! They were quick to rectify an unforeseen problem, that they didn’t create, even on a bank holiday! Have been doing some research on getting an awning for my T5 and was recommended Glawning.com by a work colleague. Fantastic decision. Great people to do business with, incredible product and some brilliant video footage online to research putting up and down.
